ARK’s largest dollar additions centered on crypto infrastructure. Across ARK Innovation ETF ( ARKK ), ARK Fintech Innovation ETF ( ARKF ) and ARK Next-Generation Internet ETF ( ARKW ), the firm bought over 92K shares of Coinbase Global ( COIN ), valued at roughly $14.5M.ARK also added aggressively to Robinhood Markets ( HOOD ), purchasing over 608K shares across ARKK ( ARKK ), ARKF ( ARKF ), and ARKW ( ARKW ), worth approximately $46M. Besides, the ARK ETFs added over 75K shares of Circle Internet ( CRCL ) and 212K shares of bitcoin mining infrastructure and immersion cooling technology company Bitmine Immersion Technologies ( BMNR ).In digital payments, ARKF ( ARKF ) bought 1,614 shares of Adyen N.V. ( ADYEY ), a Netherlands-based payments processor serving global merchants. The portfolio manager added exposure to digital platforms and e-commerce-built companies, buying 445K shares of Roblox ( RBLX ) and 264K shares of Shopify ( SHOP ). In healthcare, ARK Genomic Revolution ETF ( ARKG ) and ARKK ( ARKK ) added more than 256K shares of Beam Therapeutics ( BEAM ), a gene-editing biotechnology company developing precision genetic medicines. They also accumulated 94K shares of Intellia Therapeutics ( NTLA ) and 37K shares of CRISPR Therapeutics ( CRSP ). ARKK alone added 156K shares of Recursion Pharmaceuticals ( RXRX ), which uses AI-driven drug discovery platforms. These moves reinforce ARK’s long-standing overweight to disruptive genomics and AI-enabled biotech. ARKG ( ARKG ) and ARKK ( ARKK ) bought 221K shares of Tempus AI ( TEM ), a healthcare technology company applying AI to clinical data. Other companies purchased last week include crypto trading platform Bullish ( BLSH ), Genius Sports ( GENI ), Kodiak AI ( KDK ), and Tharimmune ( THAR ). On the selling side, Ark continued trimming holdings in consumer internet and marketplace names, selling 484K shares in Airbnb ( ABNB ), cutting exposure worth $58M, 683K shares of Pinterest ( PINS ) worth $18.5M, and over 680K shares of DraftKings ( DKNG ). Other heavy reductions were seen in software & SaaS companies. The funds dropped ~1.97M shares of PagerDuty ( PD ), over 486K shares of Unity Software ( U ), and 27K shares of Trade Desk ( TTD ). The manager has been systematically cutting exposure to these names over the last couple of months. Other names where the fund slashed holdings include Twist Bioscience ( TWST ), Teradyne ( TER ), MercadoLibre ( MELI ), GitLab ( GTLB ), and Discovery ( DSY ).
