Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the founder and former CEO of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance, appears to be supporting a cryptocurrency project that he recently outlined and proposed to be created. In his statement, CZ proposed a system that would allow people to send messages to celebrities and cryptocurrency influencers by paying a certain fee. Cryptocurrencies would be used as payments, CZ suggested BNB payments for this. If the person receiving the message did not respond within five days, half of the fee would be returned to the person asking the question. In this way, both spam messages would be prevented and the question would be encouraged to be answered.
